JOB DESCRIPTION
PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANT NEEDED TO COVER MATERNITY LEAVE
TO ASSIST A WOMAN WITH A DISABILITY AT HOME
HOURS: Morning/afternoon /evening on weekdays / weekends, times will
be split depending on shifts
LOCATION: Shannon, Clare
SALARY: € * per hour
We are looking for a committed person to assist with her daily living
needs.
DUTIES
* Assistance with personal care and domestic needs
* Assistance to appointments and other such tasks
* Social Activities
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
* FETAC Level 5 in Health Care or equivalent training or experience
* People Moving and handling experience/ qualification essential
* Must be available to attend mandatory training sessions
* Ability to follow instruction
* Flexible - shifts over a 7 day week
* Evening and weekend hours will be required
* Sociable and good sense of humour
* Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
Garda Vetting and training must be completed prior to starting
